The Coalition works with partners to organize internships in property and casualty insurance companies to help potential candidates learn about careers in the industry.

Summer Internships with Classes Affaires

Welcome students in Secondary III and IV for a summer internship that could last from one day up to one week. Only available in the Montreal area, this program, Montréal Relève, relies on corporate exploration to help young people choose a career.

One-day internships with Jeunes explorateurs d'un jour

The program Jeunes explorateurs d’un jour offers one-day training sessions where you can open the doors of your company to the next generation.

Two days during the year:

  • November : this training session is dedicated to the insurance sector in the Chaudière-Appalaches and the Capitale-Nationale regions. For grade 13 students, this session lets them discover what a property and casualty insurance company is like and meet professionals who will answer their questions.
  • April : this training session takes place throughout Quebec and lets high school students discover different business sectors according to their interests. The property and casualty insurance companies are invited to take part.

This day isn’t only about letting students become more familiar with a job that interests them and validating their interests, it also allows them to better understand and experience the job market while building relationships with employers. The next day, they go back to school energized and inspired, ready to build their future1.
